Dear Friends:

We are requesting you to help us in our efforts to expand the services of Pain Connection in order to improve the quality of life of chronic pain sufferers and their significant others.

Your donation will go towards the creation of a chronic pain outreach cener that will provide counseling, support groups, 24 hour hotline, information and referrals, case management, library and transportation for chronic pain sufferers.

There are many ways that you can donate a gift to help create further services and ensure our center: Will, Beneficiary Designation, Gifts that provide Lifetime Income to You, and in Honor of a Birthday, Anniversary, Holiday, Graduation or in Memory of a Loved One. Call or email us for details.

Any individual donating over $100 will be considered a Designated Founding Member and will have his or her name listed in our newsletter.

Your generous contribution to Pain Connection is tax-deductible. Please make check payable to PainConnection.

Designate and Support Pain Connection so we can receive your donation through the United Way of the National Capital Area at your place of work. Remember when you receive your donor card to write in Pain Connection's designation number 8695.
